SGP/AOS/C1 - CLAP leak

The Continuous Light Absorption Photometer (CLAP) signal declined compared to the Particle 
Soot Absorption Photometer (PSAP). After evaluation of data with respect to the 
Photoacoustic Soot Spectrometer (PASS) the CLAP was determined to be in error and removed. Leaks 
were found in 3 of the 10 solenoids. The solenoids were replaced and the system tested 
against 2 other CLAPs when reinstalled.
