Description:
During the period covered by this DQR there is an intermittent problem with the head 
temperature.  Typically this problem has been associated with a failing, or failed, heater 
controller board.  In this case, however, it appears there was an issue with the signal 
cable.  When that was replaced, the problem went away.
Suggestions: 
Most of the data covered by this DQR are likely fine.  It would straight forward to 

remove those instances when the heater was not functioning properly.  Consult the mentor 
with any questions.
