OLI/RWP/M1 - Instrument slightly out of alignment

Instrument is slightly out of alignment, by less than 2.5 deg:
Measurement of the alignment was made on the clutter fence and results in ambiguous 
results because the clutter fence was under stress, i e. it was "bent" somewhat; the antenna 
itself was not directly accessed.  The best estimate is that the antenna itself was tilted 
downward toward the west at approximately 2 degrees.  This is withing the directional 
accuracy of the instrument.  The vertical measurements will be affected by this tilt by a 
small amount.of the wind, positive toward the east.

Likely not a problem, but can correct for vertical velocity components using these 

angles.  Roughly the westward component of the mean wind X sin(2 degrees) that is 
Wcorrected = Wmeasured X (1 + (U) X 0.03), where U = west component
