SGP/EBBR/E18 - Pressure Low

Pressure readings suddenly dropped to unrealistic levels.

Sensible Heat Flux was underestimated and Latent Heat Flux
was overestimated because of this problem.

Use the pressure readings from the SMOS at E21 (very near E18) to correct
the sensible and latent heat fluxes, as follows:

Corrected Sensible Heat Flux = SMOS/EBBR pressure * Sensible Heat Flux

Corrected Latent Heat Flux = EBBR/SMOS pressure * Latent Heat Flux

These are approximations with about 1% error.
