Sometime during the day of 12/27/2004(first avialable day of data) or 12/24-12/26 (no 
archive data available) the SIRS datalogger at E20 was loaded with an old version of an E20 
program.  The calibration coefficients and serial numbers do not match those installed.  
Field techs installed a correct datalogger program on 1/19/2005 1900GMT.  However, 
sometime during 1/20/2005 the datalogger reverted to the wrong program again without user 
intervention.  On 2/16/2005 the correct SIRS program was reloaded on the E20 datalogger.
