Description:
There was a misunderstanding regarding which radar gate contained the 'main bang' and as a 
result the heights recorded in the sgpwacrC1.b1 files are too high by 42.857 m (offset 
by one gate).  As a result, the IF attenuation correction applied to Reflectivity was too 
low by 5 dBZ at the 3rd and 4th gates.  Also, Reflectivity values at all gates are too 
high by approximately 1  - 2 dBZ (less above 400 m AGL) due to the height error in the 
reflectivity range correction.  All affected data will be reprocessed.
