Description:
Vertical stripes were showing up in the MPLPOL backscatter plots. Problem was likely 
associated with turbulence from the heating fan air blowing in front of telescope.

Data are still good for almost all uses.  In particular, cloud detection algorithms are 
unaffected.  Depolarization is seemingly unaffected.  Only in possible calculation of 
extinction will this be a possible problem.
