Description:
Beginning around 1415 UTC on 08/30, the RH readings for
this instrument were frequently around 0 (sometimes
there are erratic spikes upward from 0 for periods of
time). Rainfall appears to have been the cause of the
erroneous readings, as the instrument appeared to fail
in and around the time of heavy rains.

A maintenance visit occurred on 09/04, afterwards data
returned to normal values.

Description:
The wind direction is flatlining and wind speed occasionally does not compare well with 
co-located ECOR.  Problems with the height of the mount caused the vane to impact the bird 
deterrent spikes and "catch".  Symptoms appear as winds coming out of a 255 to 270 
direction for long period of times.  The wind speed values are also affected as the wind 
monitor is no longer normal to the wind direction.

missing in the Archive.

temperature are automatically used.

It was determined that all instances of this behavior from the beginning of 2008 through 
the beginning date of this DQR were caused by precipitation/dew/frost.
