Description: | In the qc_down_short_diffuse_hemisp field, QC failures from the test indicated by bit_13, "data failed tracker off test", were set incorrectly as bit_9, "GSW2SumSW (93 > SZA > 75 and SumSW > 50; GSW/SumSW < 0.85 or GSW/SumSW > 1.15)". In the qc_short_direct_normal field, QC failures from the test indicated by bit_10, "data failed tracker off test", were set incorrectly as bit_9, "GSW2SumSW (93 > SZA > 75 and SumSW > 50; GSW/ SumSW < 0.85 or GSW/SumSW > 1.15)". These problems impact all dates and times in which a solar tracker failure occurred at each facility. The DQR system can not link multiple start/end date/times with multiple facilities within the same report. As a result, the latest valid start date and earliest valid end date for these facilities were chosen. The actual valid dates at each facility are as follows: E1: 19951115-20091013 E2: 19960307-20091019 E3: 19960306-20091027 E5: 19960614-20091101 E8: 19950922-20091109 E18: 19960620-20091116 E22: 19950316-20091130 E24: 19951107-20091113 |
