Optical rain gauge recorded significantly more precipitation than expected. Instrument was 
removed/replaced and sent for recalibration.

The tower containing the wind sensor was not at full-height of 10 meters following 
Hurricane Sandy.

PVC/MET/M1 - PWD data intermittently missing

Present weather detector was occasionally reporting a hardware problem during this time. 
The reported error did not affect visibility readings, but caused all other data to report 
as missing. Error resolved its self with no indication of the problem cause.

PVC/MET/M1 - T/RH sensor failure

Temperature, relative humidity, and vapor pressure data are incorrect due to a failed 
sensor. Sensor replacement corrected the problem.
