SGP/TWR/C1 - Tower lowered for maintenance

The Tower carriages were lowered for T/RH probe replacements. All measurements from the 
instruments on the carriages are incorrect.

SGP/TWR/C1 - 60m temps on SE tower suspect

60m 10x temperature was biased low during the period 03/08/2012 2300 UTC through 
06/04/2012 1500 UTC.

After maintenance on 06/04/2012 the temperature was slightly biased high until another 
sensor changeout on 10/09/2012 2300 UTC.
