data unrecoverable 950309 to 950515

At site E7, from the dates 950309 to 950515, the data is unrecoverable.
This problem appears to be caused by a bug in the program that is stored
on the data logger board's EPROM.  The data might be recoverable with
great effort. Note: this site was first turned on about 950300 so
there's little or no data before this time.
