Description:	Shortwave fluxes too low during this time (including best estimate, global, diffuse, direct normal, upwelling shortwave). LW upwelling and downwelling case and dome temperatures also noisy during this time. The cause for this problem is not known. No instrument DQRs currently exist describing this problem.
Suggestions:	Do not use shortwelling fluxes during this time.
