SGP/EBBR/E15 - Connections Affecting Home Signals

For most of the period above at E15, Ringwood, OK, home signals were very
large, resulting in incorrect data.  On April 22, 1997, site operations found 
some loose connections on the J-panels that were causing the problem.  This
problem affected a wide range of measurements and calculated values, 
rendering much of the data, including the sensible and latent heat fluxes 
as incorrect.  Only careful examination of the data would allow some to be 
used as is and other quantities to be recalculated.  I would request that 
anyone needing this data contact me for information on it's quality.
