SGP/EBBR/E2 - Reprocess: E2 Soil Heat Flow #4 Incorrect - Replaced

Soil heat flow probe #4 produced intermittently large positive
and negative values from October 1997 until 3 January 1998, after
which the values remained high until the probe was replaced on
8 January 1998 at 1711 GMT.

The following data values were affected for the period listed
above (when soil heat flow #4 was large):

15 minute: mv_hft4
30 minute: shf4, c_shf4, g4, ave_shf, e, h
