Interference affects sounding

It appears that the ground station either locked on an incorrect signal
(probably from another radiosonde) or was incorrectly tuned to the sonde
being launched.  As a result, all of the data from this sounding look
strange.  The sounding is itself short (only 228 sec duration) again
indicating a telemetry problem.

Sounding should be disregarded.
