SGP/EBBR/E7 - Right T/RH Probe Temperature Incorrect

The temperature portion of the right T/RH probe was reporting too high for
the period.   The following fields are incorrect:
 
 5 minute: thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot
15 minute: rr_thum-r
30 minute: thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot, e, h, bowen
