The Automatic Exchange Mechanism was frozen during the entire period and
did not exchange.

Data values that were affected by the inoperative AEM are:

15 minute: rr_thum_r, rr_thum_l, mv_hum_r, mv_hum_l, tair_r, tair_l

			vp_top, vp_bot, e, h, bowen  


The wind speed sensor was frozen stalled during part of this period 
(1100-1600 GMT).
