SGP/EBBR/E20 - Soil Storage Incorrect After Startup

For the half hour data after CR10 datalogger startup, stored soil temperature values do 
not exist from the beginning of the half hour.  Therefore soil heat storage can not be 
calculated correctly.

This affects numerous measurements that are calculated using soil heat storage.

There is no work-around for this situation.
