SGP/EBBR/E22 - AEM Home Signals Too High

The AEM home signals were too large at times during the indicated period;
it has been determined by the vendor that this is usually caused by electrical noise in 
the vicinity. When the 30 minute data shows a home 30 signal of 35 or more, the bowen 
ratio, and sensible and latent heat flux 
measurements are incorrect 

Removing the jumper between 4L and AG on the CR10 and adding a jumper to Multiplexer 2, 
Set 6, between L1 and L2 fixed the problem.  The
vendor intends to make this modification to all EBBR systems as they return
for re-calibration.
