Description:
This site had a new instrument and logging system installed May 07.  The first data we 
retrieved were in June and the instrument heater was not functioning.  Maintenance on 
8/5/2007 resolved the issue.  The head is designed to operate at 40 deg C, and we like to see 
it stay within a few degrees of 40 deg C during normal operation.  While the irradiance 
data look OK, there could be subtle issues resulting from the head temperature not being 
stable.
