SGP/SIRS/E1 - Tracker failure

The solar tracker stopped functioning sometime before sunrise on 05/15.  Numerous attempts 
were made to repair/realign the tracker, all futile. 

All daytime values of short_direct_normal and down_short_diffuse_hemisp were incorrect or 
suspect after ~11:30 GMT on May 15.

This facility is being decommissioned and maintenance efforts ceased 10/1/2009.  
Instrument was removed from service 10/14/2009.

Data are not recoverable.
