Description:
It looks like poor weather may have caused the shadowband to slip slightly.  The only 
affected days are 1/30 and 2/2.  The days between, before, and after are all overcast.  The 
first clear day after 2/2 is 2/9 when the problem is not evident.  Affected data are from 
1800 - sunset.
Suggestions: 
Use SGP.C1 MFRSR and/or SGP.C1 NIMFR
