Description:
The chopper motor in the reference or dry nephelometer started to fail, which meant that 
it wasn't rotating at the correct rpm. The instrument gave erroneous data. 

The wet neph was swapped for the dry neph and the humidified nephelometer measurements 
were shut down. The neph motors were replaced at the end of the deployment so that both 
nephs will be operating for GVAX.
Suggestions: 
As most of the aerosol is sea salt fRH didn't change much over the course of the 

deployment.  One can use an average value from the previous 15 months to replace the missing 
data or use data from the same months of 2009.
