Description:
A physical obstruction caused the scene mirror to not point at the hot blackbody HBB 
correctly.  This lead to inaccurate sky views for the scan sequences calibrated with the 
incorrect HBB views.  The problem was intermittent, it often got worse as the UTC day 
progressed, then reset at 0Z

Contaminated HBB scenes can potentially be identified by looking at the responsivity: a 
sudden drop in responsivity is usually indicative of incorrect HBB views.  HBB radiance and 
mirror position could also be used from the raw data.
Suggestions: 
Sky views adjacent to contaminated HBB scenes should be considered incorrect data.
