Description:	GOES-13 suffered anomalies and was placed in the standby mode on 09/23/2012. The missing data is unrecoverable. In the meantime, GOES-14 replaced GOES-13 as the operational GOES-East satellite.
Suggestions:	Please use GOES14 data as replacements. GOES14 is available from 20120924(hrs 1745-2345) - 20121018(hrs 0000-1415).
