Description:
There was a very slight shading issue beginning 2/20 (documented in separate DQR). 
Maintenance on 3/14 made the problem worse, affecting from 1800 to sunset.  Maintenance on 3/26 
resolved the problem.  

Do not use data from 3/14 to 3/26.
Suggestions: 
Use SGP.C1 MFRSR or SGP.C1 NIMFR
