Description:
The shadowband slipped on the motor shaft on 20130804. That was "fixed" on 20130805, but 
unfortunately the instrument was still not being properly shaded throughout the day.

A shading problem is first evident at 1900 UTC.  Data are affected from 1900 UTC to sunset 
each day for the period specified.
