MAO/SASZE/M1 - Unacceptable difference between SASZe and NFOV 673 nm zenith radiance

Description:
The SASZe radiances are unacceptably below the NFOV 673 nm channel.  This is very likely 
due to obscuration (dirt, debris, condensation) on the SASZe window as it affects all 
spectral channels causing the measurement to bias low relative to actual zenith radiance.
Suggestions: 
It would be reasonable to scale the SASZe hyperspectral radiances to agree with the 

NFOV 673 nm channel since the obscuration appears to be spectrally flat. Avoid the NFOV 
870 nm channel as it is faulty at present.  Also possible would be to scale the SASZe 
radiances at the multiple wavelengths reported in the Cimel PPL and cloud mode datastreams 
when the AERONET level 2 data becomes available. (Not available at the time of this writing 
- Sept 17, 2014.)
