OLI/IRT/M1 - Instrument Communication

The serial cable connector became disconnected, apparently causing the datalogger to fail. 
The datalogger was replaced on 7/23 and the IRT analog cable was reconnected but the 
serial cable was not connected to avoid the same event happening again. The DB9 connectors 
inside the IRT enclosure were cleaned of corrosion and the serial cable was eventually 
reconnected.
