MAO/DL/M1 - Banding artifacts in the SNR

Time height displays of the intensity (SNR+1) and backscatter fields exhibit obvious horizontal banding artifacts. The bands are regions where the SNR goes negative - which isn't physical. The problem was caused by a glitch in the noise whitening procedure. The problem was fixed when the driver for the data acquisition card was updated. The radial velocities do not exhibit obvious banding; however, they were likely affected in some way.
Avoid using the intensity and backscatter fields during the period in question. The radial velocity data should be used with caution.
