ASI/MFR/M1 - Large night offsets, maybe logger issue

For some reason the offsets changed suddenly a few different times resulting in incorrect 
irradiance values as too much "offset" was being added back to the data.  Coincidentally 
the logger was replaced on 20161205.  It is based on this that leads the mentor to 
suspect this might be a logger related issue.

With hand editing of calibration files the mentor believes these data could be fixed, 

but as is they should not be used.
