SGP/EBBR/E35 - Soil Set 1 Too Shallow

Soil set 1 was too shallow in depth, resulting in slightly larger soil heat flow, and soil 
temperature and often lower soil moisture (when it was dry) than measured by the other 
soil sets.

This situation had an insignificant effect on the measured latent and sensible heat 

fluxes and the soil surface flux.
