SGP EBBR E20 - E20 EBBR Right Air T Incorrect

The right air temperature probe was incorrect frequently.  Inspection of
the right air temperature data will quickly show where it went offscale.
Bowen ratio, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux were incorrect as a result.
