SGP EBBR E26 - Some Data Incorrect

Since soil temperature was not available for the previous half hour, soil energy storage 
could not be calculated properly for the indicated period.  The individual soil heat 
storage from the five soil sets, average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux, and latent heat 
flux are therefore incorrect.
