SGP EBBR E13 - E13 EBBR AEM Home 30 Offset or AEM in Mid Position

The AEM stopped before reaching the end of it's travel,
causing the home signals to be between 0 and 3 during 
part of this period.

The AEM home30 signal is offset by approximately 25 
during part of this period; it appears that the electronics 
of the AEM is adding the home15 and home30 voltages 
together when the AEM is in the home30 position.

All gradient data, sensible heat flux, latent heat flux,
and the Bowen ratio are incorrect during these conditions.
