SGP/EBBR/E2 - Reprocess: Soil Temperature #2 Incorrect

The indicated measurements were incorrect because soil temperature #2 was incorrect.

Average soil heat flow, sensible heat and latent heat can be recalculated using the
remaining good sets of soil sensors as follows:
   ave_shf = (g1 + g3 + g4 + g5)/4
   e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + bowen)
   h = -(q + e + ave_shf)
