NSA/MWRP/C1 - Blower assembly failure

The MWRP had a problem with the ambient temperature sensor situated in the blower 
assembly. This caused corrupted data files and software crashes. The blower assembly was removed 
and sent to the vendor for repair on 9/21, and re-installed on 10/12.
