Description:
There is a slight shading issue between 1430 and 1830 on the days covered by this DQR.  It 
is a very slight problem, if it is really a shading issue.  It is difficult to say with 
100% certainty as it stopped without documented maintenance.
Suggestions: 
Users could look at the NIMFR, but really, this is so slight that it likely won't be 

noticeable in any data analysis.
