Description:
There is a slight shading issue occurring between 1230 UTC and 1730 UTC.  It is first 
noticed around 6/1/2007 and is very slight.  It is last noticed on 8/10/2007.  This DQR runs 
through 8/31/2007 since the rest of the month is cloudy and it is hard to determine when 
the shading issue stopped.
Suggestions: 
If data within the hours covered by this DQR are required, the mentor suggests 

looking at the NIMFR.
