Description:
It looks like the shadowband may have slipped on the motor shaft during a weather event on 
20110228.  This resulted in a significant shading issue affecting data from 1900 UTC 
until sunset.  It looks like maintenance made an attempt to fix this sometime on 20110305.  
We can't say exactly when maintenance occurred due to cloudy conditions.  The maintenance 
was partially successful.  20110310 was the first clear day after maintenance, and we 
can see a minor shading issue affecting the hours between 2100 UTC and sunset.  The last 
day we see this is 20110402 at sunset.
