TWP/IRT/C3 - Data acquisition problem

Serial communication errors resulted in incomplete raw data resulting in incorrect 
processed data records. Response strings from the IRT were occasionally not parsed correctly 
causing a much smaller value of temperature (for example, '29' instead of '294.6') to be 
recorded.

The acquistion program was updated to improve communication with the IRT.
