SGP/EBBR/E12 - Sensible and latent heat fluxes intermittently incorrect

Soil temperature 1 and soil moisture 1 fluctuated unnaturally, spiking to large values at 
times. 

Sensible and latent heat flux measurements were therefore sometimes incorrect.
