SGP/SIRS/E32 - Reprocessed: Incorrect longwave calibration coefficients

During the time range specified the UIR and DIR serial numbers were correct but incorrect 
calibration coefficients were applied in the datalogger.  

up_long_hemisp (SN# 29595F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.22037 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2257 W/(m^2*uV)

down_long_hemisp (SN# 29593F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.22919 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2404 W/(m^2*uV)

Data were reprocessed in February 2014.
