SGP/SIRS/E36 - Reprocessed: Incorrect LW calibration coefficients

During the time range specified the UIR and DIR serial numbers were correct but incorrect 
calibration coefficients were applied in the datalogger.  

up_long_hemisp (SN# 29591F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.2309 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2387 W/(m^2*uV)

down_long_hemisp (SN# 30691F3) 
  wrong k1 cal :0.24376 W/(m^2*uV)
  correct k1 cal: 0.2646 W/(m^2*uV)

Data were reprocessed in February 2014.
