Description:
Due to hardware/software conflicts, the ASSIST was receiving time synchronization from 
multiple sources. This would occasionally result in conflicts and time stamps within data 
files sometimes going backwards in time.  The data processing cannot handle this so 
offending records are discarded/ignored resulting in occasional data loss.
Suggestions: 
Under sufficiently uniform conditions it may be possible to interpolate between 

adjacent measurements.
