The soil moisture data for the time period 20080229 - 20100304 was incorrect. It's likely
that the proper procedure was not followed during a preventative maintenance visit and an
older or an incorrect EF data logger program was installed, greatly reducing the soil
moisture values.
The data was corrected by the equation given in the DQR and was archived February 2017.
