Description:
Impactor state was flatline at 0. During this period, the 'Master' computer went into a 
state with constant reboots.  The Master controls and records the impactor state.  From the 
flow record of the Nephelometer and the PSAP it is apparent the impactor did not cycle 
during this period.
Suggestions: 
The correct state can be determined by reviewing the Nephelometer pressure 

(10um=higher pressure, 1um=lower pressure).
