AWR/GNDRAD/S1 - Surface IR Temperatures Incorrect

The surface IR temperatures from the GNDRAD are currently being analyzed and are 
considered incorrect at the moment.  Values were shown to be largely different from other 
instruments.

Do not use until the data are officially reviewed by the mentor.

• Surface Infra-Red Temperature, Maxima(sfc_ir_temp_max)

• Surface Infra-Red Temperature, Standard Deviation(sfc_ir_temp_std)
