Description:
A wind turbine farm has been and/or is in the process of being installed in the vicinity 
of the site.  During the period covered by this DQR two wind turbines are shading the 
MFRSR.  Affected hours on the worst days are 1402 UTC to 1515 UTC.  Affected data at the 
beginning and end of this DQR period are not as great.
